3. Play Fair, Stay Real

Fairness is at the heart of everything we do. We are a skill-based platform built on transparency, decentralization, and player-driven integrity.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

🤖 Bots or automation tools
🎭 Account sharing or impersonation
🎮 Multi-accounting or smurfing
🧩 Collusion or coordinated play to exploit others
🕵️ Manipulation of leaderboards, tournaments, or game outcomes
🐞 Exploiting bugs or platform vulnerabilities

DevilFish Poker reserves the right to investigate and withhold all tournament winnings and rewards—whether for NFT holders or non-holders—if we suspect any fraudulent, nefarious, or policy-violating actions.

4. Be Emotionally Intelligent
This is a social platform, and how we treat each other matters. Emotional intelligence means:

7. Violations & Consequences

If we believe you’ve breached these guidelines or our:

• Privacy Policy

• Fair Play Policy

• Platform Terms

...we reserve the right to take action including, but not limited to:

• Account suspension or ban

• Removal from Discord or other channels

• Withholding of free-to-play winnings and tournament rewards

• Disqualification from games, giveaways, or campaigns

• Community NFT utility revocation (where applicable)

Investigations are handled by the DevilFish team and final.
