• Non-holders participating in public free-to-play games

• Users accessing via:

  • Native mobile or desktop applications

  • Third-party platforms (e.g. Discord, Telegram, or community-hosted tournament integrations)

3. Prohibited Behaviours

To maintain fairness, integrity, and trust across all platforms, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion – Coordinating with others to influence game outcomes unfairly

• Fraudulent Activity – Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility for rewards

• Multi-accounting – Using more than one account to gain unfair advantage

• Automated Play / Bots – Using agents, scripts, or AI tools to control gameplay

• Account Sharing or Ghosting – Allowing others to play on your behalf

• Exploit Abuse – Taking advantage of bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities in games or systems

• Impersonation – Pretending to be a moderator, admin, team member, or another player

• Harassment or Threats – Any toxic behaviour, hate speech, or intimidation within chat or community spaces

These prohibited actions apply to all user activity across:

• DevilFish mobile or desktop apps

4. Winnings & Enforcement

DEVIL FISH NFT LIMITED reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or revoke any and all winnings, in-game currency, platform benefits, or NFT-based rewards if a user (holder or non-holder) is suspected of breaching:

• Our Community Guidelines

• Our Terms of Use

• Or is engaging in any fraudulent, nefarious, or prohibited conduct

Consequences may include:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of account access

• Removal from tournaments or leaderboards

• Loss of earned rewards or prizes

• NFT access revocation (where applicable)

• Community bans (e.g. from Discord or Telegram)

• Referral to relevant Web3, legal, or regulatory authorities (if necessary)

Our internal investigations are final and binding. Users are responsible for the conduct on all devices, browsers, wallets, and platforms used to access the DevilFish ecosystem.
